Curating spaces

Hannah began her career as the director of a premiere Los Angeles art gallery where she negotiated complex multi-million dollar acquisitions of historically significant vintage and contemporary art on behalf of international collectors and institutions including LACMA, J. Paul Getty Museum, SFMoMA and Tate Modern. She built her successful strategies around a central premise that equally applies to the realm of real estate—combine intuition and meticulous research to connect the right buyer with the right home.

Having lived for over a decade in a community of homes designed by noted architect, Gregory Ain, Hannah gravitates toward mid-century modern design for its origins in post-war egalitarian principles, an affinity with nature, beautiful natural light, and flowing spaces. As a longtime resident of the Mar Vista & East Venice neighborhoods, she is an exceptional resource for those looking to buy or sell in these areas.

Cultivating community

In a hyper-paced culture of screens and flash, Hannah is uniquely invested in longstanding relationships with her clients, rooted in a desire to cultivate a community of compassion and beauty.  Whether preparing a home for sale or setting out to find the perfect home to acquire, Hannah uses her skills as a curator and communicator to facilitate enjoyable and successful experiences for all involved. She listens carefully to her client's objectives to help guide them toward properties that truly fulfill their aspirations or to artfully prepare a home for the market.

Hannah continues to curate and represent artists in the L.A. area, specifically championing the work of women. She advises new art collectors as well as those she began working with over a decade ago. She begins each day by getting centered at the pottery wheel at her favorite local ceramics studio.
